Refund of Permit Fee

In certain cases and within specified limits, Benny’s Corporate may refund a permit fee if the permitted activity or service is not completed.

Group Tour Cancellation Policy

For any cancellation of a corporate tour or service, applicable cancellation charges will be levied as per the Cancellation Policy mentioned in the Terms & Conditions of Benny’s Corporate. For detailed information, please refer to our Privacy Policy.

Refund Processing Timeline

As per the Cancellation and Refund Policy, eligible refunds will be processed within 10 working days from the date of cancellation confirmation.

Mode of Refund Payment

In compliance with GOI regulations, any refund from Benny’s Corporate—for both domestic and international tours—will be issued via A/C payee cheque, NEFT, or RTGS in Indian Rupees, even if the original payment was made partly or fully in foreign currency.

If Benny’s Corporate Cancels a Tour

In cases where Benny’s Corporate cancels a tour due to operational reasons or insufficient participation required to operate a group tour, the amount paid by the client will be refunded within 10 working days of cancellation.
